The Board collectively possesses a broad range of skills and experience relevant to the Company’s strategy, including diagnostics, life sciences, commercialization, finance and capital markets. Directors are encouraged to maintain their professional development and the Board has access to external advisers where required. The Board regularly reviews its composition to ensure it remains appropriate for the Company’s needs.
