Michelle started her career in working in different startup and biotech companies in Canada, EU, Asia, and Middle East. Upon moving to the UK, Michelle has held senior HR roles at Sandoz, Cignpost and Amarin where she had a proven track record of driving operational and commercial success by delivering innovative solutions across the entire employee lifecycle. Her strategic input was instrumental in organisational restructures, large-scale recruitment, leadership development, complex international projects and workforce planning while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
